Principles of Education and Training is a course designed to discover aspects of our educational system. A student who may want to teach will be introduced to the teaching profession and all the careers available to them. All students will participate in the career and technical student organization TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators) and a competitive event. If they choose to continue this pathway, they will continue with TAFE, and possibly earn scholarships through the competitions. This is a great class for those who are not sure they want to be teachers. The experiences and things they learn will help them make that decision.
