This is our student-led group to meet and welcome new students. The students have military parents, and three of them have been deployed this year. There are also three students who are not military-connected in this group. They are part of the larger group of Student Ambassadors. This group is similar to the student council, but focuses on leadership and community moreso.

The Tribe Leaders welcome students, give tours, eat lunch with new students, and make them feel welcomed to our campus. They eat lunch with new students for a week to ensure that they have a group as they learn a new school. They put together a game day to help the military-connected students meet more students. This year, we held a popcorn social, and these kids helped to make sure that we included all of the military-connected children. Our point of contact on the Tribe Leaders is Cheryl Hoellwarth. She is retired from the Air Force and a current staff member on our campus. We hope to grow this program next year.
