I will be teaching all fourth graders Reading this year.  We will be reading novels as well as reading short stories from the classroom textbook.  I will be keeping up with your child's AR points as well.  Your child will have to take the STAAR Reading test.  Therefore, I will be working with all fourth graders on the skills and preparing them for that state test.

We will be studying about our great state of Texas in 4th grade Social Studies.  We will be working on Social Studies on Fridays.
