Course Description

The Anatomy and Physiology course is designed for students to conduct laboratory and field investigations, use scientific methods during investigations, and make informed decisions using critical thinking and scientific problem solving. Students will study a variety of topics, including the structure and function of the human body and the interaction of body systems for maintaining homeostasis.

blue or black pens
red pens
highlighter
24-count colored pencils
1 box tissue
1 roll paper towels
1 wired or wireless mouse (optional)

Course Syllabus

Communicate Early & Often

It is extremely important that both students and parents communicate with the teacher about
grades early and often. Addressing performance concerns near the end of a six-week grading period
seldom provides the student an opportunity to recover.
