Welcome to Mrs. Truitt's 2nd grade!!
This will be my 23rd year in education, and my 18th year at JimNed. I was born and raised in Abilene. After attending Abilene Christian, I taught in Abilene, Memphis, San Antonio, and Houston before landing here at Jim Ned. My boys and I have loved being Jim Ned Indians! I have twins that graduated from JN in 2005, and my youngest graduated in 2014.
I love teaching second grade! This year we will be departmentalizing, so I will be teaching all Science, Social Studies, and Lang. Arts...and it will be GREAT!
