Private Lessons
Our band program is proud to offer private lesson opportunities for all of our students, grades 6th through 12th. Students who take lessons typically see a higher level success on their test scores, auditions, and competitions. As a result, lessons are highly encouraged. Look below for answers to a few frequently asked questions.
How do I enroll my child in lessons?
There is a form on the left that has the form required for enrollment. Once you have printed it, you can scan and email it to me or you can send it to school with your child. Either option is fine!
How much do lessons cost?
Lesson cost depends on instructor status and lesson duration. Most of our private instructors are upper level collegiate students and charge $10 per half hour. Most lessons, especially middle school, are half hour lessons.
How often do I pay for lessons?
Lesson payment is due at or before the time of service. Most families pay for an entire month at the beginning of each month, and others pay weekly for each lesson. It is totally up to you! The important thing is that we get payment to our instructors. All lesson payments go directly to the instructor(s).
When can I enroll?
You can enroll your child in lessons anytime! All you need to do is send me the filled out lesson form and I will add you to the schedule.
