My name is April Santiago, and I am excited to begin my twelfth year in education and my fifth year with Jim Ned ISD.  This year, I am honored to serve our students, staff, and families in a new capacity as Assistant Principal.

I truly believe that education is my calling, and I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such an amazing school community.  Building positive relationships with students, supporting teachers, and partnering with families are some of the most rewarding parts of my job.  I am passionate about helping every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally, and I look forward to encouraging and celebrating their success throughout the year.

Pictured is my amazing husband, and together we have three incredible children. We absolutely love being a part of the Jim Ned community, and we're so proud to call it home.
