Welcome to a new year at Lawn Elementary!  I am so thrilled to again be doing reading interventions this year.   I am a 1994 graduate of Baylor University.  I taught Pre-k and kindergarten in Ft. Worth after graduating from Baylor.  While in Ft. Worth I met and married the love of my life, Stephen.  I am an incredibly proud mom to 3 awesome kids.  Cortland is a  graduate of JNHS. He is currently  in Medical School at Texas A&M.  Caroline is also a JNHS graduate and completing her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M.  She just recently married her high school sweetheart Dakota.  My youngest Connally is a junior at the high school. We also have four spoiled dogs; Darby, Toby, Emmie, & Milo.  For many years I was a stay at home mom to the kids.  When they were older I continued my teaching career in 1st grade in Abilene.  Then we made our move to Ovalo in 2014.   It's great to be a Jim Ned Indian!
